Through the BETTER framework, you’ll examine what actually happened, take accountability, consider her perspective, express what you mean, and ultimately decide what the friendship needs next — whether that means reevaluating, reconciling, or releasing.
Because becoming a better friend starts with becoming a more self-aware woman.
